These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the bdb44 website accessible at bdb44.net ("Platform"), including all services, features, content, and functionality offered therein. The Platform is operated by bdb44 ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Platform — including browsing, registering, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any promotional activity — you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

bdb44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to users. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any translated or localised version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

1.1 Jurisdiction and Governing Law

bdb44 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. bdb44 makes no representation that its services are legal, permissible, or available in every jurisdiction. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at the user's own risk and legal responsibility.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To be eligible to register and use the bdb44 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you access or use the Platform.
• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party or operating a business account without prior written consent from bdb44.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of bdb44 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless you have received explicit written permission from bdb44 to participate.
• You are not located in, resident of, or a national of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by bdb44 for violation of these Terms.

bdb44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until compliance is achieved.

Each individual user is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the bdb44 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, device identifiers, payment methods, or household members — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. bdb44 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdb44 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before you may make your first real-money deposit, place a real-money bet, or request a withdrawal, you must successfully complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) — Government-issued Bangladeshi National ID Card (both sides).
• Passport — Valid passport with photograph and personal details page.
• Proof of Address — A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days, showing your name and residential address.
• Payment Method Verification — Screenshot or confirmation of the mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or bank account used for deposits, confirming ownership.

bdb44 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, including prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding ৳20,000. Delays in providing requested documentation will result in corresponding delays in withdrawal processing — bdb44 accepts no liability for such delays.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bdb44 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, SMS, or telephone. Any such request is a fraud attempt unconnected with bdb44. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4.1 Deposits

bdb44 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation of the transaction. Bank transfers may take one to two business days to reflect.

bdb44 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information on your bdb44 account. Deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been used to deposit into your bdb44 account and that is verified as belonging to you. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. bdb44 aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers may take two to three business days.

bdb44 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000. Withdrawals will not be processed if the associated account has outstanding bonus wagering requirements that have not been fulfilled, or if any compliance, fraud, or responsible gaming review is pending on the account.

4.3 Dormant Account Fees

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. bdb44 reserves the right to levy a monthly dormant account administration fee of ৳200, deducted from the remaining account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the account holder. You will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

bdb44 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which should be read carefully before opting in. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10–20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely. Game-specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire after the period stated in the individual promotion terms (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting). Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per sports selection is ৳500, unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being removed.
• One Promotion Per Account: Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per user, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Abuse and Collusion: bdb44 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings from any account where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, collusion with other players, or any other form of exploitative behaviour is detected. Determination of abuse is at the sole discretion of bdb44.
• Modification and Withdrawal: bdb44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any rights accrued prior to such modification are not prejudiced.

By using the bdb44 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself lawfully, ethically, and in good faith at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or jurisdiction of residence.
• Using the Platform while under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment or decision-making capacity.
• Attempting to access the Platform using automated bots, scripts, crawlers, or any software that simulates human interaction.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or insider betting based on non-public information.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise any part of the Platform's infrastructure, software, or security systems.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financially criminal purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdb44 staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate deposits made to your bdb44 account without first contacting bdb44 support to resolve the matter.

bdb44 employs advanced fraud detection, geolocation verification, and behavioural analysis systems. Any account that triggers a fraud or risk alert will be placed under review, during which time deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity may be suspended. bdb44 will communicate the reason for any such review within a reasonable timeframe.

7.1 Closure by bdb44

bdb44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, for any of the following reasons (without limitation):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Identification of a duplicate or linked account belonging to the same individual.
• Account inactivity combined with a zero balance for a period exceeding 24 months.
• A request or legal order from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any pending withdrawals and remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a balance is ultimately deemed payable to the account holder following a completed investigation, bdb44 will arrange for its return via a verified payment method.

7.2 Voluntary Closure and Self-Exclusion

You may close your bdb44 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. If you are closing your account due to concerns about your gambling behaviour, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion tools available via your account settings, or visit our Responsible Gaming page for guidance and support resources. Upon voluntary closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdb44, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill.
• Losses or damages arising from system downtime, server errors, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond bdb44's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses attributable to delays in payment processing caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or other third-party financial institution.
• Losses or damages caused by events of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, telecommunications outages, government actions, or civil unrest.

The Platform and all content, games, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bdb44 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software. bdb44 does not guarantee any specific outcome in respect of any game, bet, or promotional activity.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bdb44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
